The Libring Team was very fortunate to visit Sonoma Valley and San Francisco this past week.  The weather was amazing. The food, delicious. 

But we were not in California just for the wine!  We are excited to share with you, our customers, our friends, and our partners that Libring has been acquired.  

On September 26th, we joined App Annie, the world’s leading provider of mobile data.

Over the last few months, we have gotten to know the App Annie team. We are joining them not just because of the complementary nature of our product portfolios, but because culturally, there could be no better partner for Libring. They share our commitment to delivering wonderful products to delighted customers.

Since our founding, we have helped our customers understand their audience by providing a complete view of monetization, user acquisition, and marketing spend. We have helped the leading app publishers understand the value of their advertising inventory, or what drives monetization. We achieved this by creating an innovative methodology to aggregate all the data in a marketing technology stack.  And, it was our goal to put our customers in control behind an intuitive and beautifully designed dashboard.

Now with App Annie, our customers will be able to monitor their own marketing investments while also comparing themselves to the competition and against industry benchmarks.  We’ll be adding RADAR to the Libring dashboard!

I am so excited to start this next chapter in Libring’s story.  I also want to assure you that the Edge product which you know and love and which you’ve helped us create is going to be there for you. During the transition, you’ll still receive the same great service you’ve come to expect.  And…you’ll have the chance to learn more about App Annie, a company which was founded to make sense of the app market and bring clarity to the mobile landscape.

As we expand our family of products, we will continue to invest in the trust of our customers and take a proactive approach to compliance, data protection and privacy. Libring customers will continue to use the product with the same terms and privacy policy. Any changes to terms and privacy would require customer consent.

App Annie is headquartered in San Francisco with significant presence in Europe and Asia.  It’s exciting because we will be able to bring Libring to a much larger audience. And we will have lots of excuses to visit San Francisco! Perhaps Napa Valley next time?
